We are happy to introduce you to Daisy, who came home on May 19, 2012. She’s just over 8 weeks old. While we still miss our Buddy Girl, we’re so enjoying having a dog again. For (probably too many) pix and Daisy updates, follow me on Facebook. Daisy is the co-star of my second book: Golden Angels: Lessons in Love and Loss from Buddy Girl and Daisy May.
OH! Stephanie!
She’s so cute! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the video! I thought I got a good gift of Mother’s Day with a new iPad. lol A puppy is WAY better. :)
So happy for you. And while she’ll never replace Buddy Girl, she is the perfect addition to your family.
Blessings,
Kel
Thank you, sweet Kel. She has been fun, challenging, tiring, and very sweet. If I could just curb her desire to chew on Mommy, now THAT would be a great gift. Although an iPad is pretty great, too!
Oh, what a great video! She is an adorable fuzzball, I hope you have lots and lots of fun with her!
(blessedly, I’ve mostly forgotten how tired I was during Elka’s puppy days)
Thanks Jen. Yes, we are VERY tired… definitely will be too old to do this in ten more years. But she is very sweet, fun, and challenging. She came to Home Depot with me today and rode in the cart to help expose her (safely) to new experiences, people, smells, etc.
OMG, that is the cutest thing EVER. And your choice of background music is so perfect!! Adorable, adorable. Congrats on your new sweet girl. No doubt you are already laughing and smiling more! :)
Thanks Ricki! Yes, she is super fun. And I am super tired. But she only got up twice to pee and is going a bit longer each night.
