Long-time readers know that I don’t normally talk much about either of these topics. It’s not that I’m not interested… I do my best to keep my weight steady and at a good point for my body, and I am able to do reasonably well with fitness. I don’t “work out” because of some of my health issues and migraine attacks, but I do keep myself fit by walking every day and practicing light yoga.
