Stephanie, I’m so sorry to here about this health problem. You are such a beautiful young lady, and I’ve so enjoyed your blog. Take care of yourself and enjoy your much needed time off. Hope to see you soon.

  2. Ashley says

Definitely “Plum”!! I ate there once a few years back and it was incredible. Thanks for the chance to win. :)

  3. Tina A says

I would love to read them all, but I would start with “The Plant-powered Diet- ..”, as I am trying to move toward a totally plant-based diet slowly. It is difficult, as I still have one teenager at home and I find that I often end up cooking two meals, or just simply give in and have what I make for my son. Thanks for a great giveaway!

  4. Kay M says

I’d love to read them all but probably most interested in The Plant-Powered Diet: The Lifelong Eating Plan for Achieving Optimal Health, Beginning Today. This year I’m committed
to improving my diet and health.

  5. Deb E says

After looking at all the cookbooks, Sharon Palmer’s The Plant-Powered Diet has me most intrigued. I have a medical background and counseled nutrition before becoming a nurse so this would be a great acquisition for me. Thanks for sharing Sharon’s cookie recipe as well. The book is on my must purchase list if I don’t win it!

  6. Jevyn says

This is a hard choice! I want to learn more about Thai food but I need a lot of practice with raw cuisine so I choose Live Raw Around The World

  7. Elizabeth says

I want to go Raw Around the World! Raw foodies have their own style and I would love to try this book. Can’t go wrong with raw foods! So good for you and tasty too!

  8. Ashley says

The Plant Powered Diet is on my list, but The Everlasting Meal might help me meal plan a little better than I do now… Thanks for the giveaway!

  9. Karen D says

They all sound good! If I had to pick just one, it would be Live Raw Around the World, because I’ve been trying to go ‘raw’ more often. Unfortunately, in the depths of winter I do want something warm….

  10. mason says

What a hard decision! I would love everyone of these cook books! Since I must choose one, I would say Plum, it’s been on my amazon wish-list since it went on preorder!

  11. Erin says

Thai is the top of my list, I would love to learn how to incorporate those dishes in our normal rotation!

  12. Nikki says

Live Raw Around the World, sounds like it would be a fabulous addition to my cookbooks. Would love to see the variety of recipes that would come in that cookbook!

  13. Michaela says

I’m most interested in Plum because one can never have too many cookbooks (at least this one :P)

  14. Cat says

Have followed you on Pinterest for a while, and happy to say that I subscribed to your email too!

  15. Joe Silberlicht says

Everlasting Meal is FABULOUS, but I already have a copy. I’d love to get Plum, as it is unlikely I’ll get to eat there in the near future!

  16. Jennifer says

It’s tough to pick one but the Plant Powered Diet is very intriguing to me as I am looking for a way to reduce inflammation in my body through my diet.

  17. Laura says

I’ve read the Plant-Powered Diet..the rest of the books look great too! Looking forward to following your work :)

  18. Bonnie K. says

Everyday Thai Cooking is first on my list. I love eating Thai food and would love cooking it more often at home. Plum is next: it’s beautiful and it mentions what recipes are soy and gluten free–I would share this with my mother. Next would be The Everlasting Meal because I really do need to try cooking with dried beans rather than buying canned all the time, plus I do love bean dishes.

  19. Viveca says

I’d love to have a copy if Everyday Thai Cooking. I love Thai food and would love to make it at home.
