About the creator:
Stephanie Weaver, MPH first started renovating recipes while working on a cholesterol-lowering project for Northwestern University Medical School in 1987. She taught nutrition to disadvantaged youth in Chicago, and has developed educational curriculum as a technical writer for more than 25 years. Her book The Migraine Relief Plan can be pre-ordered now. She’s also a certified health and wellness coach.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health in nutrition education and has been cooking delicious, healthy food for friends and family for more than three decades. Dr. Ian Purcell, MD, PhD
Dr. Ian Purcell is developing a world class Balance Institute at San Diego’s Senta Clinic. He currently practices clinical Neurology with an additional focus in Oto-Neurology and Headache management. He conducts extensive research in balance disorders, and heads the division of balance research at Center for Neurological Studies.
Clea Shannon is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP), Founder of Live Inspired Today, a web-based wellness company, and recognized nationally as a Nutrition Educator, Health Coach Advocate and Ambassador for Celiac Disease.
