Sarah was in pain. When she started the program, she was having three to five migraines a week. Sarah was willing to try anything to feel even a little bit better. She enrolled in my pilot program and warned me that she was a very picky eater.
She was spending money on medications every month, money for doctors’ visits, and money for other treatments. She often called in sick. She was worried she might lose her job.
After following the plan for four months, I got this email from her.
My headaches have been slowly getting better. 😊 I realized last week that I haven’t called in sick to work in about an month, so something is working! I haven’t been following the diet strictly, but the information I received has definitely helped! For example, I have discovered that sugar is definitely a trigger food for me. I still have all your handouts on my computer and I read through them when I can’t remember something we talked about.

Being able to access the knowledge that Stephanie has about migraines, food, and recipes was amazingly helpful. Stephanie took a non-cooking migraine sufferer and the Plan not only taught me how to cook but how the foods we consume make a difference. She made it easy by providing lists of all the ingredients needed, with substitution options in case you couldn’t locate a specific item, and step-by-step instructions to make really delicious meals.
