For our launch week, I’m sharing one of the first dishes I adapted when we went meatless: dirty rice. Originally this dish included turkey sausage and turkey bacon; now soy chorizo packs it with hearty spicy goodness. It’s definitely Husband Tested and Approved! Dirty rice recipe.
